If you see the message that you're not connected to the internet, please try the following:

iOS:
📌 Switch your internet connection from Wi-Fi to mobile internet or vice versa
📌If the previous step did not help, please try the following:

- delete the app
- log out from Game Center
- restart the device
- log in to Game Center
- load the game again

❗ Please write down your support ID that you see in the top left corner or take a screenshot of the game settings before you delete the app. In this case we will be able to find your previous account in case you lose your progress.
