If you see the message that you're not connected to the internet, please, try the following:

iOS:
📌 Change your internet connection from wifi to data or vice versa
📌If the previous step did not help, please try the following:
- delete the app
- log out from Game Center
- restart device
- log into Game Center
- load the game again

❗  Please, write down your support ID that you see in the top left corner or make a screenshot of the game settings, before starting to delete the app. In this case we will be able to find your previous account in case you lose the progress.

Android:

📌Try clearing the cache of the app in the phone's settings. If this doesn't help, please try reinstalling the game. Please, write down your support ID that you see in the top left corner or make a screenshot of the game settings. In this case we will be able to find your previous account in case you lose the progress.
