    • Tap on 'Clear Cache'
  • If that doesn't work, venture over to device Settings > Privacy > Advertising > Reset the identifier.

🔧 iOS Troubleshooting Steps 

  • For our iOS island explorers, journey to device Settings > Privacy > Advertising > Reset the identifier.

  • If you're navigating with iOS 14 or higher, you've got two more steps to follow:  

    • Go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking.  
    • Toggle the "Allow Apps to Request to Track" option off and on
