Dear Islanders!

We know that some of you might experience problems with receiving the gifts via links on social platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc.) when the link leads you straight to the Store, but not to the game.  
First of all, please make sure to follow these steps in the exact same order:
- Swipe the game away from the task manager, so that it is not running in the background;
- Follow the link again using the default browser mode (choose "default browser" option)

Please note that reward links expire within 24-48 hours after the post/video was published. Make sure that you do not leave our new posts waiting for too long and claim rewards as soon as the posts with reward links are published!
