You made a purchase in the game, but it disappeared later? This kind of issue might happen when you are using several devices to play the game. The game saves your most recent progress, but you need to log out of the game properly, so that both devices are synchronized. Do not leave the game running on the background on one device, if you are planning to start the game later on the second device.

💡 If you notice that the second device has an old save, we recommend doing the following:

Turn off the Internet connection, then log into the game and close it.

After that, turn on the Internet connection again, run the game, and log in with your Facebook account. Your last save should then load automatically.
