You may ask for your game account to be deleted at any time.
If you do not want your account to be permanently deleted, keep in mind that you can deactivate it instead of removing it for good. You'll be able to reactivate it at any time, with your progress and inventory in tact.
If you do decide to permanently delete your account, please follow these steps:
Delete Your Account through the app (for iOS users):
- From the main screen, click on the Menu bar and then on Settings ⚙️
- Click on the 'My Accounts' button and then on 'Permanently delete my account' on the bottom
- Confirm by pressing the 'Delete' button
- Complete the form to submit a request
Alternatively, you can fill out this form.
Just a heads up: You can ask for your game account to be deleted at any time, but don't forget that your player account is important. Once the request is verified, you'll lose all your game progress, purchased items, and anything related to it. This action can't be undone, and we won't be able to recover the data.
