💾 Save Your Game Progress
- Go to 'Settings' in the game menu on the top right ⚙️
- Go to 'My Accounts'
- Tap the 'Connect to Facebook' button
- Choose one of the two options to save your progress. 'Local' will save your current progress in the game and 'Server' will download your previous progress from the server.
⭐ Don't forget, your Support ID is super-duper important for our Support Team to help, so make sure to write it down. You can find out more information about it here.
🔃 Restore Your Game Progress
If you've been savvy and connected your game to Facebook before, you can whip up your old progress faster than you can say "coconut." 🥥
- Go back to 'Settings' in the game menu on the top right ⚙️
- Tap on 'My Accounts'
- Tap the 'Connect to Facebook' button and then click on the same button again.
- You'll see two options: 'Local' and 'Server'. Choose 'Server' to bring back your progress. If you accidentally choose 'Local', just repeat the steps again.
➡️ Reconnecting After Playing as a Guest
If you haven't connected to Facebook, and after reinstalling the game, you're back to being a newbie at level 1, we've got your back.
Just reach out to our Support Team with your previous and current Support IDs. If you've made any purchases through your old account, you'll also need to have a receipt handy. 🧾
