The Guaranteed Joker feature is a progression system that ensures you earn Joker cards for your Album Collection through steady play. 

By collecting Joker Hats, you build progress toward a guaranteed reward.

What are Joker Hats?

Joker Hats are special tokens used to fill your Joker inventory.

  • Where to find them: You will find Joker Hats inside every Mystery Chest you open. 

  • Season-Long Progress: Every Hat builds your Season progress! Just keep an eye on the clock, tokens expire when the season ends. Push for the 100-Hat milestone now to lock in your Joker before the reset.

How to find the Guaranteed Joker Icon? 

  • The offer icon is located in the top left corner of your Family Archipelago.  Exactly as you can see in the image below.

How to get your Joker Card

The Joker Jester Hats gives you a clear, guaranteed path to a Joker card:

  • The Reward: Once the inventory reaches 100, you will be able to claim 1 Joker Card.

  • Cooldown: Once you successfully exchange your Hats for a Joker, a 24-hour cooldown begins immediately. During this time, the offer is locked. You won't see a countdown timer; instead, the feature icon will temporarily disappear to indicate that the cooldown is active. It will automatically reappear on your screen the moment the 24 hours are up.

  • Repeatable:  You can earn multiple Joker cards per season as long as you keep collecting Hats.

  • Joker Usage: Keep an eye on the Joker timer. If it expires, a card is auto-selected (and it might not be the one you want). Remember: Jokers expire when the season ends.

Note: Even if a Mystery Chest doesn't drop a Joker card directly, the Hats inside ensure that every chest you open brings you closer to a guaranteed win.
