In the game settings -> my accounts, when you tap on a Facebook / Apple / Google button you will see 2 buttons to choose from, "Local" and "Server".

The “Local” button saves your current progress in the game and the "Server" button will download your previous progress from the server.

We kindly ask you to remember and save your player ID (Support ID). This is IMPORTANT!

If something happens to your game, we can only help if we know your player ID. You can find it in the settings of the game or above the experience bar in the upper left corner.

Important note: if you have reinstalled the game or installed it on another device, and you found yourself at the initial level, click My accounts -> Facebook, tap on the same button again and then select "Server". This will restore your previous account with your progress through Facebook.
