If you've previously linked your Family Island to a Facebook, Google or Apple account, we've got a treasure map for you to reclaim your island progress.
🪜 How to Restore Your Progress
- Go to the Menu bar on the top right
- Go to Settings ⚙️
- Tap on the 'Connect' button to link your game profile to the same Facebook, Google, or Apple account you used before
- On the pop-up, choose "SAVED" or "NEW". ⭐ Keep in mind that the choice is final.
🔹Click SAVED to go back to the previous progress you had when you were signed in before
🔹Click NEW to continue your current progress in the new game
🔃 Progress Restarted
But what if you're a newcomer to this feature and find yourself back at level 1 after reinstalling the game? Don't worry, you're not stranded! Our Support Team is ready to paddle to your rescue. Just reach out to them here. 🚣♂️
⭐ Make sure to provide your old and new support IDs, and any purchase receipts you may have from your old account.
Our Support Team can only help with your progress if you provide your previous Support ID. It's a code containing letters and numbers, like 'ABC123', and helps us look right into your account. 🕵️♂️

🪪 Getting Your Support ID
There are different ways to get your Support ID (a code containing letters and numbers):
- Tap on your avatar in the game in the upper left corner → Copy the Support ID by tapping the green button next to it, on the right below your name.
- Open the Menu on the top right corner of the screen → Go to Settings ⚙️→ Copy your Support ID by tapping the green button.
- Your Support ID is also visible on top of the game's loading screen.
