If you've linked your Family Island to a Facebook, Google, or Apple account in the past, you can easily reclaim your island progress with our guide below! We also have special instructions if you’ve reinstalled the game and want to restore your previous session.

🔁 Restoring your account’s progress

  1. Go to the Menu bar on the top right.
  2. Go to the Settings menu ⚙️.
  3. Tap “My accounts”.
  4. Tap on the relevant “Connect” button to link your game profile to the same Facebook, Google, or Apple account you used before.

  5. On the pop-up, choose the relevant option for you (Saved or New).
    ⚠️⭐ Keep in mind that the choice is final.
    • Click SAVED to go back to the previous progress you had when you were signed in before
    • Click NEW to continue your current progress in the new game

🪪 Finding your Support ID

There are a couple of ways to get your Support ID (a unique code containing letters and numbers):

  • From your Player Profile
    Tap on your game’s avatar in the upper left corner. Your Support ID will be on the below your profile name (on the bottom right side of the pop-up). Tap the copy icon next to your Support ID to instantly copy it.
  • From the Settings menu
    Open the Menu on the top right corner of the screen. Tap to the Settings icon ⚙️. Copy your Support ID by tapping the copy icon next to your Support ID.
