If you can't open the game and see Bill with a message about undergoing maintenance - please visit our Facebook group and check if there is news about planned server maintenance. We always inform our players in advance about scheduled maintenance, and the work usually takes up to 30 minutes.

Another reason is an unstable internet connection. 

Please check your internet speed at any source that measures Internet connection speed, for example SpeedTest (the standard speed for playing mobile games online is 2 Mbps +), and follow these steps:

1. Change your internet connection (switch from Wi-Fi to mobile internet or vice versa)
2. Reboot your device and router
