When a player faces a technical problem, the support team can ask to send logs. We kindly ask the players to send logs as they can help us to solve the problem faster. However, some players are facing difficulties while submitting logs.

How to send logs:

1. Download or open a Mail app


2. Select your email provider + Enter your email address and password


3. You will see your mailbox with incoming letters (it means that everything is done correctly and you can return to the game)


4. Open the game -> Menu -> Settings -> Support -> Submit logs -> Send logs and contact the support team
