This situation may happen in following cases:

1) If you use one game account on several devices at the same time or several game accounts on one device.
2) If you use cloning apps.
3) If you reinstalled the game or restored the progress when the quest was active.

If you haven't done anything from the upper mentioned list but the quest is relaunching, please update the game to the version 2022.8.1.0.

If updating the game doesn't help, please send us the log file of your cafe right away after the next quest reset and contact our technical support team.

The log file can be sent if you open the game and go to Settings - Support - Submit logs.
