If you received the "No ads videos left" message, you will be awarded with 100 coins as a reward.   

Such situations are caused by the fact that there are no ads left for the region of your residence.  Please wait until your advertisements operator will add new videos for reward.

If the TV screen is black that all the daily attempts are over (16 attempts every day). TV refreshes every day at 00.00 UTC.
Kindly notice, no more than 2 videos can be watched every 2 hours, and between watching you need to make a pause for 1 minute. After 2 hours you will be able to watch 2 more videos.

If you experience other issues with TV and ads, please do the following steps:

1. Clear the game cache (on your device go to settings -> apps -> my cafe -> data -> clean cache)
2. Restart the device
3. Change the internet connection (from wi-fi to mobile internet and vice versa)
4. Install and enable the VPN application. Such an application changes your IP address. There may be ads available to watch in another region. Example: TunnelBear
5. Reset advertising ID (on your device go to settings -> Google -> ads -> reset advertising ID)
