As a rule, in-app purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions are possible only in certain conditions.
If you make refunds comprising multiple, large orders, it may even be necessary for us to suspend access to a game account. This is also the case if a player has made a purchase using a third-party seller in breach of Melsoft Terms of Service.
This doesn't apply to cases when you refund a purchase that hasn't arrived at your account yet.

Nevertheless, if a refund has already been requested, please contact the support team to remove the resources and avoid getting blocked. Provide all the details of the payment: GPA number (for Android payments), a screenshot of the receipt (for Apple payments), and the content of the purchase. Removing resources is important to continue playing fair.
